During the tumultuous school closure years of 20/21, the New Bridges Homeschool Partnership idea was born. While all students went home, all have not returned to in-person school. NBHP has noticed that a paradigm shift is in motion!

Returned career missionaries from Asia, Evan and Jin Hendrix, founders of NBHP, are thrilled with the possibilities of serving the homeschool community. Having homeschooled both of their sons, Sean in medical school, and Brandon looking to enter graduate school, the Hendrix's know both the struggle and the terrain that most homeschooling families must tread.

Evan, who has served as Principal, K-12 Computer Science Teacher, Bible Teacher, 5th-8th Homeroom Teacher, and University English Professor, stands ready to inspire, motivate, and guide NBHP students!

Jin has TA experience in the 5th-8th classroom with expertise in math and reading. She also has great office experience! Together with our team, we hope to serve you.

New Bridges Homeschool Partnership offers a Christian Worldview that does not compromise vigorous academics, but fortifies it!

Evan "Mr H" Hendrix

Mr. H is a devoted educator with a true passion for molding young minds. As an academic coach and mentor, Mr. H not only imparts knowledge but also empowers students to reach their full potential. With a keen ability to interpret assessment data, he tailors his approach to meet individual needs, ensuring every student thrives.

Beyond his teaching prowess, Mr. H is an agent of change, skilled in fostering cross-cultural relations and effective communication. Having experienced the joys and challenges of homeschooling, he relates deeply to both students and parents, creating a supportive and enriching environment. Meet Raquel, an experienced homeschool parent with a heart for nurturing young minds. Highly competent in effective communication and well-organized, she creates an enriching learning environment where students can flourish. Patient and detail-oriented, Raquel is responsive to each student's needs, ensuring they grasp essential concepts and thrive academically. With a deep understanding of widely accepted educational standards, she fosters a desire for moral and academic excellence in all her students. As a devoted Christian who loves the Lord, Raquel recognizes God as the ultimate source of wisdom, infusing her teaching with faith and values.
